A Little About This Site

I have 167 acres prime hunting land for sale. It is about 75% bottom land and has a creek running through it. It also has some pine timber. It has a lot of deer and turkey. It also has predators, squirrel, and rabbit on it. It is in Latimer county near Wilburton, OK. If you are interested you can email me at trino@cwis.net. Oh! Did I mention? I have seen a few Quail and Dove on it. Not a lot but a few. I am asking $1,100.00 per acre. Please serious inquiries only. This land has 2 new ponds on it, a 1,500 yard pond and an 1,800 yard pond. The 1,800 yard pond is stocked with 150 channel catfish. I have also had some other parts dozed off for more grass land. I also have plenty deer and turkey feed plots with clover, wheat, rye grass, turnips, and other feed grass. It has a "maintained county road" access. Thanks for visiting The Oklahoma Outdoorsman.

This site is based on my own experiences, other hunters experiences and research. (Research from books, magazines, 2006-2007 Oklahoma Hunting Guide, 2002 Fishing Regulations, etc.).

I have finished The Deer Hunter and the Antlerless Zones for 2006-2007, also the License Cost, Special License & Permits, and License Exemptions for 2006-2007.

I have finished the Regulaion Changes and General Regulaions for 2006-2007.

I have finished the Elk Season for 2006. I also have the new Antelope Season page for 2006-2007 finished.

I have the new 2006-2007 dates for Quail and Pheasant season, but I don't have the new regulations or the new open areas for Pheasant season. The dates are accurate according to the DOWC web site.

I have finished the Squirrel & Rabbit season for 2006-2007.

This site tells about hunting WMA's, private, and leased land.

The only way to keep hunting privileges on private and public land is to not litter. Always leave it better than you found it.

Remember before you go hunting to make sure you have permission from the land owner or check the local regulations for the area you are about to hunt.
